5 YouTubers including Rajab Butt booked in FIR for Rape

Today, Wednesday, Rajab and his cousin, along with several other YouTubers, have been booked for an FIR for offenses including rape as well. It has been reported in the media that Rajab Butt, along with some other YouTubers, has been nominated in the FIR for rape, blackmail, and illegal confinement. It is reported by the media that his cousin named Salman Haider is also included in the FIR, which has been registered in Lahore Nawab Town police town. There is another new controversy, which includes Rajab Butt in a negative way.

The FIR has been registered by Ayesha Sharafat, who is a social media activist herself. It is reported that Ayesha Sharafat became friends with Salman via a social media platform. Ayesha Sharafat has registered an FIR against all these YouTubers, as she has mentioned that Salman raped her. She has mentioned in her FIR that she became friends with Salman via a social media platform, and their friendship lasted until August 16, 2024. Salman invited her to Bahria Town at 7 pm. She decided to visit him as they planned. 

She was offered a juice from Salman, and after drinking that juice, she lost her consciousness. When she woke up, she witnessed that her dress button was open, and she was raped. At that time, she did not want to highlight the issue due to social media backlash and societal backlash. However, it became a serious issue when Salman started to blackmail her via a video, which he recorded without the consent of Ayesha Sharafat. He started to blackmail her, and in defense of Ayesha Sharafat, her friends demanded that he delete that video. However, when Ayesha Sharafat and Co. went to delete that video, Rajab Butt, along with Salman and 3 others, locked her in the room, illegally took their phones, and reset them. It is reported in the FIR that they threatened them as well.
