1262 Gang Rape Cases Registered in Punjab in 2024

According to the report of Malik Ahmad Bhachar, who is the opposition leader of the Punjab Assembly, there were many gang rape cases and child abuse cases that were registered in 2024 across all of the Punjab district, which is a red line for any nation.

He said that total reported cases of gang rape in Punjab for 2024 were 1262, and child abuse cases registered for 2024 in Punjab were 3880. He further said that this is a shame for any nation, and there should be zero gang rape or child abuse, and there should be strict action against those people who do such a thing.
