Pakistan Whitewash Bangladesh in T20 Series Amid Haris Century

The Pakistan cricket team defeated the Bangladesh team in the last T20 match and secured a 3-0 lead. The Pakistan cricket team whitewashes the Bangladesh team. It is noteworthy to state that Pakistan has whitewashed after 3 years. The last time Pakistan dominated cricket was in 2021, and now many things have changed, and many players from that team have been dropped. Pakistan cricket has been suffering due to the unnecessary departure of ex-captain Sarfaraz Ahmed in 2017 due to the personal issues of Waqar Younis and Misbha ul Haq.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has changed the entirety of Pakistan for T20 and introduced young blood to play a modern style of cricket. In the third T20 and last match of the series, Pakistan won the toss and decided to field first. The Bangladesh openers started well, and at one point it was certain that things were getting out of the Pakistan team's hands. Parvez Hossain Emon made 66 runs while playing 34 balls. Tanzid Hasan made 42 runs by playing 32 balls. Towhid Hridoy made 25 runs by playing 18 balls. For the Pakistan side, the pick of the bowlers was Abbas Afridi, who took two wickets and conceded 26 runs in his 4-over spell. Hassan Ali took two wickets and conceded 38 runs in his four overs of spell. Bangladesh posted a score of 196 and 6 down.

In reply, Pakistan easily managed to chase the target due to a great knock by Mohmmad Haris. This time, Saim Ayub provided the much-needed start that the Pakistan cricket team required. Saim Ayub made 45 runs by playing 29 balls. Mohammad Haris made 107 runs by only playing 46 balls. Hasan Nawaz made 26 runs by playing 13 balls only. The pick of the bowlers for the Bangladesh side was Mehidy Hasan Miraz, who took two wickets and conceded 26 runs in his 4-over spell. Pakistan won the match and easily chased down the target within 17 overs.
