What are the next Possibilities for Bahria town Citizen and Management

Bahria Town is in crisis due to Malik Riaz's woes with the government and not paying the fine in the supreme court. Bahria Town has to pay a lot to the Supreme Court due to the illegal allotment of land. However, a recent tweet from Malik Riaz has sparked the entire real estate business in Pakistan, as it is the first time that a property tycoon cannot deal with his woes with the government of Pakistan. We hope that Malik Riaz and the Government of Pakistan amend their woes and find a middle ground for a solution. However, coming to the point, what are the options left for Bahria Town if it gets defaulted and nearly 50,000 people are laid off? 

The government took over the Bahria Town Society. 

One of the chances is that if Bahria Town is wound up in Pakistan, then it is possible that Bahria Town would be managed by the government by handing over the affairs to LDA for Lahore, PDA for Peshawar, KDA for Karachi, and CDA for Islamabad. This might be the best option in Bahria Town, as the land would be legal then, and it is expected that the services would then be provided by Lesco, KE, Pesco, Iesco, etc. This would allow people to transfer land or plots in Bahria Town to their own names. 

Governments form an Advisory or Management Board for Bahria Town Society.

It is also expected as an option that the Government of Pakistan make an advisory or management board for Bahria Town, as it would allow them to handle the affairs of Bahria Town and advise the government of Pakistan when they are needed. It would also allow them to handle the matter of the Bahria Town sale or purchase of a plot via LDA, CDA, PDA, and KDA. This would again be one of the best options for Bahria Town, as it would legalize the land structure for the people, and it would be properly documented. 

The DHA type of authority buys out Bahria Town. 

It is also expected, and there are chances, that the DHA type of authority will come in and handle the matter of Bahria Town, as the DHA itself is the best option in Pakistan and the biggest brand name in Pakistan. The management would be better, legal matters would be handled in a better way, and the prices of Bahria Town plots would be stable; otherwise, it is a roller-coaster ride at the moment. It is expected that Bahria Town plot prices will shoot up and be adjusted for losses in recent years. 

What if no one takes over Bahria town? 

If no one comes in and handles the matter of Bahria Town, then it can be said that it would be a terrible situation for Bahria Town’s residents, as there would be no electricity due to Bahria Town itself supplying electricity to its residents, there would be no management to handle transfer affairs, and there would be no security or maintenance due to 50,000 people being laid off. However, this is less likely to happen, as the government of Pakistan would leave such a huge society on their own.
